Terms & Conditions

Prices are quoted in writing before booking and are the final amount payable; no festival or peak-season surcharge is added after a booking is confirmed. A 30% advance confirms the date, with the balance due on the day of the function. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booked date are refunded in full; inside 48 hours the advance is non-refundable as flowers have already been purchased, but the booking may be moved to another date at no cost. Fresh flowers are cut on the morning of the function and are at their best for approximately eight hours; premium artificial is recommended for multi-day, peak-summer outdoor or late-night events. Car decorations are fitted using magnetic and suction mounts only, with no adhesive contact with paintwork, and removal after the function is included. Travel within Nagpur city is free; outside city limits a distance-based travel charge applies and is quoted before confirmation.
